WW quesidilla, 1/4 avocado, ww bar (387)

Snack:
Bfast cookie, fruit nuggets (257)

Dinner:
CFA again - chix & fruit salad, bit of dressing, few fries(470)

Snack:
Choc soy nuts (100)
Beef Jerky (80)
WW bar & vitamuffin (210)

Total: 1772

Exercise: Turbokick - 50 min - 275 cal

Not feeling the best today - wanted to get in a little more exercise, but it just didn't happen
